About Dr. Deepak
Dr. Deepak is a senior consultant physician with more than four decades of clinical experience in General Medicine and Internal Medicine. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centred care.
He completed his MBBS from Patna Medical College, Patna, in 1980 and obtained his MD in General Medicine from Bihar University, Darbhanga, in 1985. After his postgraduate training he joined Eastern Coalfields Limited as a Medical Officer in 1986, rising to Senior Medical Officer and serving there until 1993. Alongside this he has run a private clinical practice in Asansol, West Bengal, for more than three decades.
Dr. Deepak believes in thorough clinical assessment, evidence-based treatment and clear communication with patients and their families. His long experience allows him to approach complex medical presentations systematically, while making sure every patient receives compassionate, individualised care.
